This privately gated community built alongside the intracoastal and its canals, is in such demand that currently there are only 22 homes available for purchase. They range in price from $665,000 to over $4 million.
With private docks like the one shown here, you can have direct ocean access with no fixed bridges. But you don’t have to be a boater to love the lifestyle.
You notice right away that the planners of Harbour Islands were generous in laying out the streets and houses. The neighborhoods are spacious and airy and, unlike other gated communities, the homes are not on top of one another.
