  • - the inventory of unsold condos has dropped  36% from its peak in Sept 2007 
  • -1100 condos per month are now being sold compared to 600 last year      

Here is the good news for buyers:

  • -prices have dropped 60% from their peak in March 2006
  • -there are still tremendous choices at all price levels
